The Turner Baptist Association Youth Team (TBAYT) functions as the youth ministry arm of the Turner Baptist Association. We are also affiliated with the Georgia Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention.

The Team consists of youth workers from not just the 21 churches in the Turner Baptist Association, but also from the like-minded, Bible believing churches in the area.
